Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Ashley now calls Advance home, where she lives with her husband of 11 years, Zach Sharpe. Their canine children are Madison and Piper.
Ashley is a firm believer in quality and knows it’s not always about the bottom line. Her heart is about the people she serves and making sure she helps them be financially successful in this most important of purchases.

THE 2018 MARKET
“The 2018 market is projected to be strong,” disclosed Jody. “While it’s still technically a seller’s market (except those homes selling for over $400K), the inventory balance is shifting. A balanced market will have four to six months of inventory, while in recent years we’ve been operating with only two to three months. A better inventory means more (sometimes better) options for our clients.”

BUILDING A COMMUNITY
Jody and Ashley are both actively involved in the community, including membership in the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce, and they are prominent sponsors of Clemmons Community Day, an annual event hosted by the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber. In fact, Jody is credited as a founder of the event, which attracts around 1500 people each year.
Both women are involved in Women Who Care, a philanthropic group which helps support mothers and children in need. They also participate in The Lion’s Club, helping with free vision and hearing screening.
“Community is at the heart of everything we do,” said Ashley, as Jody nodded in agreement. “We both believe in the ripple effect of our actions, especially when it comes to serving others.”
