Jessica Ferris has eleven years of experience as a REALTOR. She left a long and intense career in marketing to become a REALTOR after moving to Winston-Salem eleven years ago. This change in career choice is a decision with which she has been very happy. Real estate gives her the opportunity to help people, something she loves doing. She began her real estate career in 2008 and moved to full-time at the beginning of the 2009 recession. Some might think that a crazy decision, but Jessica saw it as a challenge and learned to be both creative and patient with the process.

After ten years as an independent REALTOR, Jessica decided to create a team of professionals with whom to work, giving her more time to enjoy and fulfill her love of raising her family. Jessica knows that the real estate market in the area is changing quickly and is prepared to help clients, no matter the market condition. She has helped clients in both economic recessions and a booming economy.  She feels motivated and challenged to develop creative ideas to prepare her team for any circumstance. “Making a successful start in real estate during a recession, I have learned to accept challenge and meet it head on,” says Jessica. Her education from Denver University’s Marketing & Publishing Institute and background in the ad agency world, assists her in creatively selling homes quickly and for the maximum amount possible.

Jessica’s life is full, with a successful real estate team and a growing family. She is wisely balancing work and family while raising her three children within a loving community. Jessica describes her neighborhood as, “lots of families interacting with, and supporting, each other. We love our community and are happy to work, live, and raise our children here.”
